Daisy's 9th birthday!

Daisy is 9! She is such a sweetheart and a very talented artist; she can pretty much draw anything. She is really good at it. She has recently gotten into Bluey. She still loves elephants and has since she was a baby. She will tell how it is. She is the baby of the family and really acts like it and thinks she needs to get her way all the time; we are trying to break that habit. It's the small things like not letting her have a bottled water at the store because whenever we buy her drinks she never finishes them even if it's a water bottled. She did really good at the store today; she only cried a little bit and moved on. We have learned if we ignore her and pay attention to what we are at the store for she seems to move on if the attention isn't on her. She is my birthday buddy though and we wouldn't want her any other way!! She sure makes us laugh and sometimes want to pull our hair out at the same time lol.

On her actual birthday we just laid low and went to build a bear and carve pumpkins. It was nice to all be together since we are all so busy

On the 26th we had her birthday at Kidzone. It's a new place on Antelope in Clearfield. Here she is with her friends. I am glad that she made friends so fast at her new school. Fun fact the one with the blue shirt her dad is one of the maintenance guys at our townhouses.

We weren't really impressed with Kidzone. We felt like it really wasn't worth the money. We didn't really have a host we just had random staff come into our room and bark orders at us. They didn't even have a separate opening for adults to go through and Chris and I think Landon (my nephew) both hit their heads on that shark opening. I don't think they put a lot of thought into it. They didn't even have theme rooms and the play area went over the party rooms. It's always worth trying something at least once right. I am pretty sure we won't be back. Chris even left a google review because he wasn't too happy he bumped his head because when he got home he wasn't feeling the greatest so that is why we stayed home after the party and played Jack box.

We got the cake at Smith's and it wasn't the greatest this time. I always got whipped frosting but the lady at the bakery told me that wouldn't help the colors pop out so we got buttercream. Daisy loved it and that is all that mattered. She even enjoyed her party and that is all that matters. It's all about her that day right? But you live and you learn right?

Even with all the craziness that happened I was grateful for everyone that came to the party. We all enjoyed being together and Daisy enjoyed herself and was thankful that her new friends came and that is all that matters. We will be just talking about this for a long time lol. Thank you to my mom, my sister Jordan and her family, my sister Johanna and her family and Daisy's friend Declynn and Helena for coming to her party. I guess there is nothing wrong with crazy times because who wants normalcy anyways lol.
