Daisy is 10! No more kids in single digits

 

Daisy is 10! It's kinda bittersweet to think that we no longer have any kids in the single digits. What can I say about Daisy? Sometimes she is too smart for her age. She loves Labubas (the thing that she is holding) Stich, cats, Bluey and Roblox. Sometimes she is literal. I feel like she loves too hard sometimes and forgets who's in charge sometimes. She can be a sweetie when she wants to.

We went to Flipside for her birthday party on the 18th the day before her birthday. It was for a great price! She has been wanting to go since we went last year for our nephew Everest's birthday. It was a  Gymnastics place.

Everyone that came to her party. My dad came into town for my sister Johanna's birthday, my birthday and Daisy's birthday so it was nice to have him for all of our birthdays since all of our birthdays are in October. Just family here in the picture and Daisy's friends. My sisters and their families and my mom and all of Daisy's siblings.

Sienna's Golden 13th birthday on Friday the 13th

 When we learned that Sienna's Golden birthday was on Friday the 13th this year we were sooo excited especially Sienna. She was all for it. We practically have been planning for this for a year. We tried to do our best to give her the best horror themed birthday as possible and I think we succeeded. 

Sienna and her friends and her boyfriend went and did the Great Room Escape at the Ghost Hotel. I don't know why I didn't think about doing The Cabin for them because that would of went perfect with the Friday the 13th theme especially since Jason Vorhees was going to be there. But it is what it is. They had fun and that is all that matter. Unfortunately they didn't make it out. The owner even gave Sienna a free pin because it was her birthday that day. He was so sweet! He also gave us a discount as well. Chris knows him because his paranormal group investigated there.  I think Sienna's boyfriend was a little bit shooked up lol. Yes she does have a boyfriend. I swear my kids are growing up too fast. It's kinda bittersweet!

Then us and the family and two of Sienna's friends went to a horror themed restaurant in West Valley called Burgertory. It was ok. A place that we would only go once. It's a place where you should only experience once anyways. It was pretty popular that is for sure. While we were sitting waiting for our food and eating and just enjoying each other the line kept coming in. At one point the cashier said there was an hour wait and some people would leave. Chris felt bad but I really didn't lol. I am so glad that they were able to accommodate us. That is one problem I kept having when we were planning her party was a lot of places couldn't accommodate us. She originally wanted it at Fear Factory but they told me they didn't want to be liable for that many people. And Nightmare of 13th was quoting me around 600 for everyone to come. Who has that kind of money just to throw away like that? Not me! So I was really thankful for Burgertory even though it was such a small area. I was also thankful of the family that took the time to come even though it was far away. I was really appreciated of that. People have to remember it's about her and that is all that should matter and you are there for her no one else.

What can I say about my beautiful daughter that I haven't said. She tells me everything. I love how she is confident and feel safe enough to come to me. She is beautiful inside and out. She reminds me everyday that she is about the same height as me lol. She always says that I am her favorite parent. She is very passionate about life and wants to be the best at everything. I am very proud of the woman that she is becoming. I was also proud of how well she did for her first year of Jr high. She is adapt to Jr high so well but that is how Sienna is. She loves Taco bell and Pepsi and everyone knows that because she got three gift cards for her birthday. She is one of my best friends I can tell her anything and I feel like we understand each other a lot.
