Rocky is 21!

 

I can't believe my oldest is 21! He is such a hard worker and helps out his family so much. I appreciate everything he does; he is a huge help! He still loves cars and Five nights of Freddy. He wanted a Five nights of Freddy theme party but he was very particular on what decorations he wanted which was no where to be found lol. He has always be like that. I remember birthdays in the past he wanted the hardest themes that was so hard to find. Like Alvin and the Chipmunks for example. His favorite color is still red. He is so much like his dad looks and all but he kinda reminds me of my oldest late brother John because his favorite color was also red. Can't imagine life without him. He makes life a little bit easier with all of his help. Now a days you need a village to help each other out.

Fun facts of 2005

Thank you to everyone that came. My dad for coming into town for his birthday and also Miranda's graduation. My sister Johanna and my sister in law Trena and her son and of course Rocky's friend. 21 is a big age and I am so proud of Rocky. He is turning into an amazing man! My dad told me that we sure be proud of the way we are raising our kids because the first thing that Rocky wanted to do for his 21 is not go to the bar but go to an arcade actually Nickelmania on his actual birthday. I feel like we try our best to raise our children to be amazing citizens and do the right things out into the world. We just have seen so many bad things come out of drinking alcohol. So many people can argue with me but don't come at me and say that alcohol is good for you in moderation when I had a father a law almost die from it. You will never understand what we all went through that time in our lives unless you lived it. I can honestly say that since that day that he came home from the hospital he hasn't had one drop of alcohol. He is a completely different person. A better person. I feel like you can see enjoy life and have fun without alcohol. I also think since me and Chris have never had one drop of alcohol ever in our lives I think Rocky also sees that. We just see no interest in it. It also comes back to seeing so many people in our lives get into bad situations when they would drink. We just don't want to be apart of that. Once again you can have your opinions but at the end of the day you wouldn't understand our point of view on it. 

But this year it was his Golden 21st on May 21 birthday. Rocky is such a great guy!
